RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges will be accepted only within 7 days of delivery date except Luxe collection.

For returns, the amount will be refunded in form of store credit with validity of 1 year.
Note: The store credit coupon code can't be applied with any other discount coupon code or deal.

Return and Exchange is allowed only once per order. In the case of return or exchange, reverse pickup and logistic charges of ₹150 will be borne by the customer.

In case of exchange, customer can select the different size or product whereas the difference for the higher product amount will be paid from the customer and the difference with the lower product amount will be credited in the form of store credit.

The store credit will be initiated if the size for the exchange is not available.

The store credit for the partial return product purchased was taken in any deal like Buy 3@20% and returned 1 product then it will be considered in the deal Buy 2@X% deal and process accordingly.

We do not accept Return or Exchange for the products once sold in any special offer (like Stock Clearance Sale & Buy 1 Get 1 Free) and from the Luxe collection on the website.

Customized products according to the customer requirements are not eligible for the return or exchange.

Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 24 hours only and the refund will be initiated after deducting the transaction/payment gayeway charges.

Delivery failed for prepaid orders due to unavailability, wrong address/contact details are not eligible for the refund. The store credit will be initiated after deducting the logistic charges.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Please ensure the returned product is unused, not damaged and has the original packaging, price tag, original invoice and label.
Please take the picture of the product at the time of giving to the reverse pick up, as the wrong product receiving will not be accepted for the exchange or return.
After receiving the product it will go through the QC process.
It takes 1-2 working days for the process after receiving the product to dispatch the new product or initiate store credit once it passes the process.
